I went here the first time because PPQ across the street was packed. The Pho was delicious and I've been back several times. I also like the tapioca drinks here. It's a wierd, lit-up space, but the food is good. Review #18177

Cheap and edible....can't go wrong with that. However, I always ended going to the one accross the street. Review #16536

It's bright in there. Big white cafeteria feel but has decent pho that you can order in sizes medium, large and x-large. Definitely decent tasting. Weird ambience. Review #16534

The Five Spice Chicken is amazing. So is the charbroiled pork over rice. Oh! And my latest fav is the vermicelli bowl that comes with imperial rolls and charbroiled angus beef. Simple and clean dishes that your tastebuds will go wild for. I like how they have managed to cover some vents with artwork, and while this place isn't particularly pretty, it's somewhat comfortable. the food is filling, good, and its cheap. If you want to get full quick and easy, this place is the place to be. Their pho comes in pretty big portions and it doesnt taste all old and rubbery. They also have pretty yummy rice plates, I usually get the bbq beef with shrimp cake. and maybe i would add a fried egg on top of that. hahaha to top it off i would order a avocado shake. And that avocado shake is pretty good, never thought it would taste good but boy was i wrong. welps enjoy! Review #16256

I used to come here all the time. It has a good price and the service is quick. If you're hungry and want something under $10 to make you full, pho hoa hiep is definitely a good place to go. Review #15260

GREAT if you're starving. The pho is always delicious and so are the rice plates. The price is more than affordable too. I'd also recommend the red bean drink. Review #14583

Man, this is some good eatin'. Wish I could give it two green dots. The pho is always fresh and it's incredibly cheap. I usually get the "medium" bowl, which is about the size of my bathroom sink and costs around $6. The seafood combo is my favorite, but all the soups that I have tried were delicious. As if that weren't enough, the service is amazingly quick. You no sooner give your order than they are wheeling out a trolley bearing your soup and all the fixin's. Review #13617

Good cheap pho. As a non red-meat eater, I am pleased they have a mixed seafood option, though I have yet to get a straight answer about what (animal?) flavors the broth. I'd love a better napkin option for my noodle-slurping, but otherwise a straighforward option for yo' pho. Review #10732

The Pho here is clean tasting and doesn't seem to have (much) MSG in it. The broth is clear and sweet. Good mom n' pop type place. We also tried the egg noodle soup and the clear rice noodle one with seafood - it's passable but definitely not their forte. Stick with the pho. Psst.. the pho here is better than the one across the street. Review #4618
