“ I had the jerk chicken plate which comes with rice, beans and veggies. The chicken was amazingly tender and the spice was good. It came with a great sauce on the side. We sat in the enclosed patio area, which was nice and cool, but my veggies got cold very quickly. There was too much food for me to eat, and it was only $9. ”

“ Great lunch place. Hits the spot when your running on low from a previous night of partying. The spicky chicken pita and fries are delicious. The spicy mayo is great. The salads are a not all that great if you're looking for a healthy option at Primo.

“ If you could see me doing the HAPPY DANCE after eating here, you'd have to just try it for yourself! I go here because its walking distance from my work place. But even if it wasn't I would go here! The jerk chicken is so tasty, I have purchased 4 orders of just the chicken more then on a few occasions, to toss over some rice for dinner when I get home. The red snapper fingers with fries is another favorite that never gets tiring with their "special" spicy sauce. The seating may take a few during main operating hours 12 noon to 1 PM but its always worth it. Huge glasses of fresh made lemonade are a favorite also.

“ Nothing fancy, but great food, comfortable atmosphere, and very friendly staff. Some of the dishes are a bit spicy (I'm a wimp in that regard), but everything's fresh, well seasoned, and the portions are good. Don't miss the fries and someone in your group has to order the jerk chicken. The drinks are fine and the prices are better than one would expect considering it's a block from SBC Park and the neighborhood is gentrifying at an alarming rate. ”

“ Great patio, big servings, ok food. We ended up there one night right around closing time and our waitress was mellow and just let us take our time and hang out for a while which was nice. We had 4 tapas and 2 beers for less than $30 -- so it is a good deal. Went back for a late Saturday lunch recently and had the coolest/funniest/quirkiest waiter I've encountered in a long time. Made our experience memorable. ”

“ Been coming here for years since the 90's when restaurant choices in the area were sparce. The jerk chicken is okay as well as the other dishes and apps...nothing amazing. They have a cool outside deck/patio, but the sangria on my last visit was very disappointing. The food is plentiful and inexpensive, but there is no carribean culinary ground being broken here. ”
