“ We went to Spork tonight as a belated birthday dinner for my husband. One thing for parents of small kids to be aware of: they have no high chairs. Luckily my SIL checked beforehand and we were prepared. The dinner rolls were very good and fresh baked. The appetizers were lovely (we had the calamari and brussels sprouts, the sashimi-ish thing, and a salad), the entrees were good (a mushroom pasta dish, a burger, and the scallops), and the desserts were a big hit ("pot" brownie, beignets, and "Elvis has left the building"). The service was a bit lacking, though it was explained by the fact that they're not usually that busy on Tuesday evenings (they has a pretty substantial number of people waiting for tables). Friendly, though. ”
