Fun & informal place. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Wonderful rolls - put on your table right away. I loved my inside out burger. My companion liked her mussel and pork dish too although she was expecting it to be more stew like. Very accommodating staff. They removed the nearby flower arrangement when I mentioned the scent was annoyingly strong and they made every effort to get us served and out in time for the show we were seeing next door at The Marsh. Great time. Friendly staff. Upbeat energy and fun decor of recycled art. Food was all so tasty, the 3 of us shared all of our dishes. Looking forward to going back. Review #20978

We went to Spork tonight as a belated birthday dinner for my husband. One thing for parents of small kids to be aware of: they have no high chairs. Luckily my SIL checked beforehand and we were prepared. The dinner rolls were very good and fresh baked. The appetizers were lovely (we had the calamari and brussels sprouts, the sashimi-ish thing, and a salad), the entrees were good (a mushroom pasta dish, a burger, and the scallops), and the desserts were a big hit ("pot" brownie, beignets, and "Elvis has left the building"). The service was a bit lacking, though it was explained by the fact that they're not usually that busy on Tuesday evenings (they has a pretty substantial number of people waiting for tables). Friendly, though. Review #20854

You will not be able to get enough of the delicious dinner rolls with honey butter at Spork, so order seconds. We started with a really good corn soup and a peach, goat cheese salad. They were good dishes, but both would have stood out with riper, sweeter produce. I thought the burger was great. Their simple pasta special was fresh and tender, with nicely balanced flavors. The beignets were pretty super too. Review #20678

Five of us had dinner here last night. We loved it. They haven't changed much in the way of decor since taking over the old KFC - you still get a bit of the feel, but it is definitelt not a KFC. There is seating for about 30 people and they do not take reservations. We waited about 15 minutes on a Friday night to have our party seated. We started with these delicious salty buttery rolls and mushroom gratin. Everyone loved their entrees: Alaskan halibut, steak and mussels (what?? They read my mind!), & steak stroganoff. The service was quick and really friendly. I will definitely go back! Review #20464
