	Cuisine: Tea House American Bistro	Polk St./Van Ness
“ This place is amazing! They have lovely tea selections - they make their own blends and you can mix up your own creation as well. They also bake their own scones and other baked things. I haven't tried the full tea service but I've had a scone and it was very nice. Every time I've been in, I've been greeted warmly and made to feel very welcome. They've also got a "game night" on thursday evening. Oh, and they have free wireless. AND the place is beautiful. Very comfy, and really nice art deco style painting. Also a good place for gifts - if you buy tea as a gift, they will happily custom print a label for it! ”

“ The owner's 'vision' on this place is right on point. Old jazz and blues play in the background as tea is served to your table. It is pleasant despite ambulances that race down Bush Street. A pot costs around $5, to go is more like $2. Whether you are on a Stash budget or like fancier teas such as Tea Forte or Mighty Leaf, their tea selection has something for everyone. Tea is the new coffee as Tues. are the new Thurs. ”
