“ Colucci's is the best ethiopian I've had anywhere in the US, very flavorful, portions big enough to share, and very friendly and prompt staff, its right next to an ethiopian grocery store so you can try your hand at cooking you own injera afterwards too. Well worth the trip out to Oakland ( its right on the edge of Berkeley and Oakland) for this amazing restaurant. They have 2-4 types of ethiopian beer and wine depending on the day, all very tasty. The Veggie combo is my favorite but everything on the menu is cooked to perfection.
