I must start trying some of the other sandwiches here, but I crave the pork! It's just so good. Flavorful meat on a crusty roll. This place is never crowded, but it probably should be. The service is good, the sandwiches are good, the garlic curly fries are good, and they use Mitchell's ice cream in their shakes. Review #18178

I found this place by searching online for crab sandwiches and all the reviews were positive. I ate there last night and the Toasties crab melt sandwich lived up to my expectations. It had the perfect combination of ingredients and then some. An unexpected surprise was their homemade clam chowder soup - delicious! Wished they served french fries but maybe in the future. A small and overlooked sandwich shop on Irving which has the best Crab Melt Sandwich I've had. The taste is incredible! Must be the Parmesan cheese and possibly some sauce on it. They also have other toasted sandwiches on the menu with soups. The clam chowder was home made and delicious. Gotta try the Crab Melt! Review #15236
