OK, I drive by the place several times a month - why are people still going there? To be fair, I thought I'd give this place more than one chance, thinking maybe it's working out the growing pains of being a newcomer to the restaurant market. Well, that theory didn't work. Service - marginal, Food had not real taste at all, everything is bland and boring and the plate presentation - NADA - It's as if they've slopped it on in an employee cafeteria back in grade school. The first time I went here it left a lot to be desired in service and in portions. Given that I live nearby, I've given it a few more chances, and each time has been progressively better. Their portions are more in proportion with the price now and the salads are better than the first time I went. Review #18480

When I eat in a restaurant, I focus on the food and give the staff pretty wide berth, having been a server, knowing the difficulty. Here however, both were lacking, the food & service. I believe if you have a mocha, the whipped cream is supposed to be in the cup not covering the outside of the cup - it should be fresh, not melted. If you have a cup of coffee, you shouldn't have to wait for the coffee to cool before you get the creamer; after the creamer arrives, you shouldn't have to wait again to ask for a spoon. When you want to use the catsup you shouldn't have to wipe down the lid you can't open because it's caked with catsup. You shouldn't have to ask for a clean napkin because you used the other to wipe down the whipped cream and the catsup. When the food finally arrived my eggs were overcooked, cold & not fresh. The biscuits were packaged and the gravy had the consistency of, uh, let's say milk. The experience was not one I would wish on any of you. Boo! Review #16884

You know a place is BAD when the cook staff messes up the basics, like meatloaf and potatoes. I swear, it smelled and looked like Purina dog chow. I decided to give the restaurant another chance when the Maitre'D graciously offered me another entree. I chose something that was even more basic, like fish and chips. But to my dismay, I would have been better off going to Long John Silver. Review #15192
