“ When I eat in a restaurant, I focus on the food and give the staff pretty wide berth, having been a server, knowing the difficulty. Here however, both were lacking, the food & service. I believe if you have a mocha, the whipped cream is supposed to be in the cup not covering the outside of the cup - it should be fresh, not melted. If you have a cup of coffee, you shouldn't have to wait for the coffee to cool before you get the creamer; after the creamer arrives, you shouldn't have to wait again to ask for a spoon. When you want to use the catsup you shouldn't have to wipe down the lid you can't open because it's caked with catsup. You shouldn't have to ask for a clean napkin because you used the other to wipe down the whipped cream and the catsup. When the food finally arrived my eggs were overcooked, cold & not fresh. The biscuits were packaged and the gravy had the consistency of, uh, let's say milk. The experience was not one I would wish on any of you. Boo! ”
