“ Named for owner Brendan Moylan who also owns Noonan's Restaurant and the Marin Brewing company in Larkspur Landing . The Novato outlet is bigger than both Larkspur locations. Theme here is great beer, of course. pub food is hearty here. Big portions, lot's of meats. I've eaten here twice. I think that the food at the Marin Brewing location is better tasting and less greasy. Moylan's lacks the clubby vibe felt in Larkspur, the large room is a bit cavernous & soulless. When you're in Novato & craving a home made, private label premium beer and a big juicy hand made burger, this is a good bet. If you want to skip the beer and want a better hand made burger, go to the California Rotisserie Grill on South Novato Blvd. Check out that review for directions & website menu ”
