“ A real old hangout now is trendy with a nice atmosphere especially for sitting by the window and watching the people and traffic meander by. The bill of fare here specializes in seafood, from soups to fresh “catch of the day special” The service here is attentive and personable, with recommendations and suggestions instructively offered. We had the clam chowder which came with good clams and a buttery light taste. (Not heavy flowery paste). The sole picatta, buttery sauce with capers was done perfectly as was the grilled salmon, still moist with tender flakes falling off the fillet one by one. This is the kind of place locals was visit a couple of times a month, just because of the relaxed treatment one receives upon opening the door! Parking, on the street, and sometimes difficult! All in all this is a return place, and a perfect rainy day hangout with a nice bowl of chowder and a great bottle of wine. ”
