“ I ate a wonderful meal, and it wasn't entirely because of the great food. The owner/manager of the restaurant was so amazing! He was charming and sweet, and doted on every customer like we were eating at his dinner table at home. It wasn't overbearing in the least. He just floated from one side to the other, quietly instructing his severs and busboys to fill water classes and offer more bread. He asked us twice if we were enjoying our meal. YES, we did.
The appetizer we chose was a grilled shrimp with a white corn salad. Together, they tasted fabulous. We also both had the beet salad, which came with a warm goat cheese studded with roasted pistachios...yowza! It was absolutely lovely. Sit outside on warm days, for the full effect of a bistro. ”
