“ Huge restaurant with sexy decor. But too bad the food is sub-par. Ordered a spread of appetizers and mains, but none impressive and some downright embarrassing. The Roasted Chicken was left untouched because it was way too salty. Later we learned that it mistakenly sat in the brine too long but was still served. That dish alone was a $25 mistake. Appetizers are creative in concept but some combos just didnt work. Kobe Beef Tartar, $12, presented room-temp beef and apple slivers that seemed misplaced. Many mains were straight-up classic chinese dishes, except executed poorly and for twice the normal price. For example, the Peking Duck, $38, was fatty, cold, with limp-skin. I won't be spending money on food here. But I don't think I'm the target customer either. I'd rather spend money on unpretentious, quality food prepared in a kitchen who respects food. ”
