c***roaches!!!!!! Eat here at your own risk! My fiancee and I found a steamed c***roach in our order of siu mai. The restaurant manager didn't even seem surprised. She just gave us a pathetic excuse for an apology and took the order off our bill. Beware! Next time they'll be using rat p**p as black bean sauce. This place is beyond ghetto. Review #13295

Negative Cuisine: Dim Sum Oakland
“The worst dim sum experience ever (and you can tell by reading my reviews I've had a few)! It's *not good* to seat customers an hour before closing but not tell them the kitchen is closed. This is one of those places where they disappear for an hour with your table card to tally the bill, and then when you find out they've added a $4 tea tax and included a tip for themselves (on a warm soda and cold potstickers), they disappear for 20 more minutes to fix it. And then they don't. Oh--and they disappear to the back again with your card for another 20 minutes, and ring up the original check with the extra $6 added into it. Yes, a diet coke and three cold potstickers cost me over $14. Did I mention they were cold potstickers? ” Review #12629

Decent dim sum, but a bit pricey. I've been here for banquets, and they really shine with those seemingly innumerable courses. Review #12398
