The location of this restaurant is kind of hidden, but my bf and I discovered this place while driving back from my campus, which is not that far from this restaurant, and decided to have lunch here. The sushi are fresh and prices are not bad at all. The service is also friendly. Review #16478

Great quality sushi, decent prices. Friendly service and nice atmosphere (although I could have done without the radio playing softly in the background.) Good specialty rolls and sake served the traditional way: in wooden boxes. Check out www.restaurant.com for great discounted gift certificates for this place. Review #8522

We had a fabulous dinner at Kamakura. I had a special "Ocean Salad" which included maguro, hamachi, and salmon over a bed of lettuce with a tangy-sweet dressing. Our spicy tuna roll, was yummy, with an extra touch of teriyaki sauce adding flavor, but my accolades really go to the Hotate (Scallop) Nigiri. For $4.25 you get two huge scallops (each way bigger than the accompanying rice) topped with tiny dollop of a spicy-garlic sauce, scallion, and a side of lemon. No soy sauce needed, this hotate was the best I've had. Review #8519
