“
Do not agree with reviews. Have been here for dinner and lunch and food is fair to poor. Ingredients tend to be on the poor side and greasy Service can be non-existent, ignord and rude.
At one time the lunch included appetizer, main meal, tea and desert. The appetizer was missing and when I asked for it I was told the desert was also the appetizer.

“ I've only been here for lunch.
They have a great lunch specials menu.
Each time I've been here, I've had the lamb.
It's consistently good.

“ It's great to have Red Jade in the neighborhood because there wasn't very much in the way of decent chinese food before this. Many of the dishes are similar to those at Eric's, but maybe not quite so heavy. The chicken-basil-eggplant special is really good and you can request brown rice with your meal. Along with your fortune cookies they bring out some sesame-ball things, which are peculiar and waxy (and inexplicably hollow) but simultaneously delicious.

“ I was a little wary of the place because i had been here when it was hong kong (greasy) but this new place is really nice. great atmosphere- was here for lunch (served 11a-5p), got shrimp & mixed veggies ($5.25) and green onion pancakes ($3.95). the shrimp came w/rice and hot & sour soup. the soup had very little spice but was good. could add red pepper @ table. the veggies were fresh and brightly colored. shrimp had good flavor. friend ordered the salmon & asparagus (also $5.25) and she enjoyed hers as much. enough to take home for another lunch or dinner. service was fast and friendly enough. the only thing they forgot was sauce for the pancakes. the pancakes were thicker than i've seen them before, but really great onion flavor, lots of onions in the pieces. will go back. ”

“ When my budget is tight, I go here for the BBQ pork fried rice, a huge plate (enough for two meals) for under $5.00! Tonight, though, I ordered the tasty pot stickers and the tangy spicy chicken (or something to that effect). The chicken was okay, with big meaty mushrooms, but wasn't really tangy or spicy. Next time, I'll try the General Tso's chicken or stick with the BBQ pork fried rice. The service is usually good, but tonight I had a long wait for my food. I think that's an anomaly or else they were waiting for me to eat the last three pot stickers before bringing my chicken. It's a big bright place with plastic chopsticks and fabric napkins and lots to choose from on the menu. ”

“ Ordered delivery from this place. Orange chicken was ok, fried rice was a little scary. The spicy dry fried pork ribs were super good! Standard issue egg rolls. There was a nice little bonus of some pork buns that we didn't order that were good and some sesame cookie thingies. Overall, pretty good for delivery. ”

“ (Used to be a restaurant called Hong Kong). Some of the things that we got here were good (crab rangoon, mu shu pork), but the orange beef was very bizarre. The beef was all dry & shredded. The service was great though, and the food was on our table in no time! Comfy place, too. I'll go back. ”
