“ I have eaten here a few times in the past couple of years and Capital has been very consistent. It is not fancy dining by any means, but they have really good lunch specials. I recommend the Tofu with Deluxe Vegetables. Great tasting dishes very little expense. ”

“ One of the last old-skool diners left in Chinatown. In the mornings, you'll still see elderly bachelor men (once dominant in Chinatown) lining the counter space, eating waffles in slow-motion. Try the daily lunch specials, or order my favorite combination: Salt-Pepper Fried Chicken Wings + Tsing Tao beer. These wings are garlicky and the best. ”

“ Great place for cheap eats. I've been to quite a few chinese resturants in the city. I really liked Capitol. If you order on thing - order the dried fried chicken wings. They were great - not oily - nicely fried and tender on the inside. The price wuz good too. ”

“ Greasy place to eat, but hey, it's chinese food in Chinatown. Dishes are extremely cheap here, and there are the famed Capital chicken wings (deep fried with salt) that many people love. ”
