“ Fish Tacos are absolutely a neighborhood must. Calamari is served in paper cornucopia - plenty to share and SUPER. The scene however is a little too hipster for my tastes but one can overlook that, especially when a good band is playing. ”

“ Amante's is always a good time. They make some good drinks and you can always find someone interesting to talk to. I have actually never eaten here, usually stop at Golden Boy beforehand. But a fun place for a night out. ”

“ Amante is a great neighborhood bar, stylish yet welcoming, the bartenders know how to pour a drink , interact with patrons, and run the show. The menu is small but adequate for noshing along with a few drinks. I have tried several dishes, all tasty and well presented. The house made bread and tacos were both very good, and prices are reasonable for both food and drinks. A nice place to go if your are on your own, something not all bars can offer. It's well managed by professionals who know how to have a good time. ”

“ I've never eaten there, but they're one of the better bars in the area. Owned by a bunch of bartenders, they know how to make a drink right. Any tough cocktails you've always liked but are often afraid to order for fear the bar will blow it? Get 'em here. Crazy crowded on weekends. ”
