wow, I was here for a private HP lunch today. I would write the normal positive review that this place should deserve, with all this preparation for dry aged meat, which is one of my hobbies, I'm fascinated with the process and who does it well. Point. my Prime rib was so tough, I mean the difference between cutting with a butter knife and have to ask for a steak knife to get through it. It was like wood shop, Obviously this must not be regular, I'm just reporting on the my experience. photo of lunch.

Tonight I was with a friend, and just to make sure I could photo our meeting I did ask for permission, I guess that was the first mistake. I was told I'm not allow to photo my friend or our dinner inside. And this just happened to us next door, so I'll have to figure out if its a Westfeild center policy or just a mixup in the restaurant, I will agree what when a guy "ME" walks in with 10 grand of equipment around his neck, it does make people ask, who are you and why are you asking for permission, that say's to some people that they will get in trouble if they say yes to the photo request. Let it be know, I'm about food and being positive, not the design of my chair or the wood on the door, Cooking food is a thankless job. I was a grill guy, and the people who work in restaurants bust there butt and You'll probably get a positive if your food can stand on its own, in that its unique and editable and I don't have issues the next day, and since 2004 when Angela and I started sfsurve

Bummer, I really wanted to enjoy what I had heard. For consideration, I would like the lark creek steak to consider letting there customers take home memories of there experience and what I heard is OK food. Chances are in there favor that people will have fun taking photos and instead of it just being dinner, you can turn it into a special event like a birthday or a special night, It was my special night and I was turned away. I understand that maybe asking to take photos is not a common request. Please consider having a policy for photos. It did smell good.

I got hit by the economy last December I dropped my restaurant spending 90% as overall and feel the pain of the last reviews, let other still open for business restaurants take head. The general public is about to snap, the plastic is not working, no more extensions. Consider an all CASH night, it would be empty. Restaurants need to kick it up a bit. When I'm hungry and poor, I want tasty food. MiJita, miss's the mark's in a zillion way's. "BLAND" the kind of bland the makes SALT bounce off. I did enjoy my Taco, but its too late the proverbial writing is on the wall, they should either go more authentic, or go for food that looks like taco, but the ingredients are not close to the image. you know the chains I'm talking about. Mijita, has two very nice owners I meet a while back and there heart is into the food, tell them whats wrong with the food so they can fix it. I think this is a restaurant worth saving from the downturn. If you want to save Jijita, Twitter people to give

Good burger positive, I have had about 15 of them. Especially for 2:45 AM, its the only game in town for the area. I have had the pizza (-fail), and I recommend the hamburger ONLY. Go for the crowd and burger they open at 5pm. Its basic food for the locals that hangout late. Mike the owner is really fun and a San Francisco business staple for over thirty years in the same location how can you pass that up, its stood the test of time.

I had the burger on this first visit, and I'll go back. Food seems good, High attitude. I guess if people go and eat alone, its OK to treat like s**t. I'll be fair and say the food is good, but I called twice, no return calls and spotty service, areas for improvement. Treat each customer like they are going to eat your food to enjoy the experience.

After reading the other reviews, Angie wanted to try “the girl & the fig”. I enjoyed the Alaskan halibut, with trumpet royal mushrooms & Fried sage “photos below”. The mushrooms were a new experience, I like the texture and I'll have to start ordering them more often to have an opinion. My chunk of halibut was definitly tasty, however I think I'll ask if its “chunk or a slice” next time, because on a slice you can get an even cooking, the chunks have the seared edge. The building is cool if you're into early 20th century architecture. It seems the interiors panels are original wood that has never been painted over you don't see that too often. Service and atmosphere were top quality and you can tell they love what they do. Lunch for two $90.

I met a friend for lunch at my first cuban food experience and I really enjoyed it. I ordered the steak entree, with grilled onions $11. They use Niman ranch organic beef, its marinated in a delicious light marinade with a hints of lime (photo below). I also tried the slow roasted pork, it was super tender and packed full of flavor. I'll definitely have to come back and try more from this family run restaurant, the menu has a nice range that is sure to please.

Nice menu to choose from. We were started off with the corn bread muffins, which were delicious. The fried chicken looked fantastic (see photos below), but the flavor was bland. The mac and cheese was very thick and the flavor was stronger then expected. I think over all the food is good, just not my palette. Service was prompt and knowledgeable.

Wow, these are seriously some good taco's. I had a shrimp taco & beef taco both with the make it super option(adds, sour cream, guacamole, cheese, lettuce & tomato). I think next time I'll just take the taco's with sour cream and none of the extras from the super option. They were good but my tacos became a scattered taco/meal to eat with a fork at that point. There salsa they put on them can either be mild or hot, I chose the hot option, It was hot, but not a 10, more like a 6-7 range, thats some good heat. Inside Pancho Villa is super clean, which is always pleasing. They have even won some serious state fair awards for the salsa. Staff was very cheerful which just added to an already pleasant experience. I can't wait to go back :-).

I started off with a salad. Thinking all salads are served cold or room temperature, my salad was cooked and hot. I was a bit shocked, but after re-reading the menu it did say Warm Radicchio & Escarole. I took warm to reflect the taste or spice. Overall I did enjoy the salad, it had a nice grill flavor and it looked like they cooked it with bacon. I tried the pizza with Italian sausage, panna “cream” & spring onions. It tasted good, but the crust was micro/paper thin “photo below”, which lead to a soggy middle pizza and I had to eat it with a fork. The pizza topping did taste yummy. A friend ordered a different pizza with caramelized onions unfortunately it had no tomato sauce, it's suppose to be this way on purpose. I also ordered bruschette of fava bean & pecorino, it was very salty which killed the taste. I really enjoyed the interior, its clean and simple. Friendly staff made the experience all the more enjoyable.

Why go to Colibri? For me its the Scallops and the prepared table side guacamole. Angela and I were the guest of Colibri, and I have since gone back on my own dime to enjoy again with my mom. On the first visit I had the scallops which are now my benchmark for how scallops should be. They were tender, flavorful and just down right tasty. The other dish I thoroughly enjoyed was the Guacamole, its prepared table site, and they will add just the ingredients you want, it was super yummy, although chips cost extra and you have to ask for them. On my second visit they did not prepare the guacamole table side. Yes it was a disappointment, since I dragged my mom to experience table side preparation, “its still listed as table side on the menu”. Don't expect americanized Mexican food, this is unique authentic Mexican cuisine. Price about $45 p/person, easy parking at union square.

I wanted to try this spotless well kept restaurant for a while, but they're only open for dinner. On a first time Japanese restaurant visit, I would normally order a dinner combination of Tempura/Sashimi/Beef Teriyaki, however that's not on the menu. Here at Chin's sushi bar they like to mix it up, in a good way. I ordered my favorite items individually. I really enjoyed the tempura it was light and tasty, plus it had five juicy shrimp, most places give you two, nice touch. I'm excited to go back and see if the tempura is consistent, because it was pretty good, seriously. The Maguro sashimi was yummy as expected. I'm thinking right now, there is no such thing as too much Maguro Sashimi :-). I found the menu a bit confusing, maybe just add photos, my photos below. I wish the menu had a few more tradition Japanese menu combinations, but I respect the creative menu and I'm surprise more people aren't talking about it how unique this place is, notice the chili peppers on the roll.

Three reason's I like this place right off the bat. 1.) The owner is working behind the counter. 2.) Lots of parking right off Geary Bvld in there own parking lot. 3.) This place is so CLEAN, I mean freaky type “A” behavior clean, and that works for me 100%. I ordered the chili dog “see photos” and some onion rings. My chili dog tasted really good. The bun was soft & light. The chili was light in viscosity, but not so light that it ran all over the place. The chili was flavorful, and packed with thinly chopped onions and cheese, this was a tasty chili dog. Now this makes me think. Who else serves chili dogs in the city?, because I forgot how much I love them. Eating it was also a pleasure, even-though its served with a fork, I was able to pick it up and just eat it like normal, I like that. The onion rings, were adequate, the breading was a bit too think for my liking. I'll definitely be back to try the other menu items.

Angela brought home some super delicious “Gbun Bo Hue” its number 23 on their menu. It's described as Hue Style Beef & Pork with lemon grass, it's a noodle soup, and it's spicy. That why Angela gave it to me, it was way too spicy for her, but perfect for me. I did notice that if you don't eat it within about an hour the noodles get soggy and its not as yummy at that point. For the early members of sfSurvey, PHO Garden is located at the former KM Sushi location. Parking is tricky in this area, but the bus stop is directly in-front, and it opens at 8:00pm, I try and get to those spots at 7:50. Overall, there is no overall. I was expecting a nice relaxing Japanese dinner, what I got was a loud baseball game on their TV. I realize watching TV while eating dinner is the cat's meow for some people; it's just not for me. Overall my food was enjoyable. My tempura was crisp and light , just like it should be "see photos". The grade of sashimi was definitely satisfactory. I'm still new to Vietnamese food, and overall I really like it. The food is served with attention to detail, I like how they bring out the soup “I think its called pho” and they put some of the ingredients on the side like the chili peppers and a slice of lime so you can make it just the way you like. Parking was easy across the street after 6:00 PM the post office has a many commercial spots that open. One area for improvement was the speed of service time, but I think it's due to them being new. Overall a nice experience. Dinner for two $35.

Good pub food, I had the hamburger & fries. When it arrived I learned something that made it even better, our nice waitress told me that none of their meat is frozen and the reason why it tasted so good was revealed. It's FRESH!. A few areas for improvement on my $15 dollar “including tip” Burger. I want lettuce with my burger, not one leaf that would only cover 1/3 of the burger, I want RED tomatoes, not green half ripe ones, and I want more then 2 thin slice's that would only cover 1/4 of my burger. Special thanks to the MGT for helping getting a room for my party of 20, the room was nice and not SUPER LOUD.

In a moment of hunger before a meeting, I stopped in and tried the sesame steak & Garlic prawn satay. The steak was delicious, full of flavor. The garlic prawns seem to be missing the garlic, but they were still delicious, they even had a tasty dipping sauce. The interior is nice but a little on the dark side, my table's finish was starting to peal, the restaurant opened in 2000, and I would say it has aged well, but it might be time to freshen it up. My waiter Kamel was friendly and very knowable about the dish's, he has worked there for years, which tells me something positive about the management, overall a good experience and would return.

As a recent guest of Maritime East, Angela and I got to try many of their entrees. I ordered the Grilled Hanger Steak, the portion was large, flavorful and juicy, and I also enjoyed the root vegetable gratin, which accompanied my steak. The seafood chowder is yummy; they make it to order with lots of fresh seafood & clams. Wow you can't judge a book by its cover; the exterior is so non descript you'll drive right past it. Once you finally make it inside you'll see what everybody is talking about. Chef/Owner Philippe Gardelle was so much fun to meet. He walks around pouring wine and will tell you all you want to know. I'm a sucker for the personal touch and this is the first place in ages that I have seen the chef out meeting & greeting all the customers. What about the food? Well . . . its extraordinary “see photos”, we opted for the four course meal. My fish sampler of halibut was delicious in this reduced sauce that had a nice butter taste. We ordered the prime rib for two, it came with four different sauces that really helped expanded the flavor range of the meat. The service was prompt & professional. What a fun place to have an Authentic German dinner. Right away you feel like you're in cold war East Germany, the restaurant is full of artifacts from the region. On my first visit with about 15 friends we choose the family style dinner. Everything was good, I especially liked all the fresh produce that made up many of the dishes, and I felt like my mom was in the kitchen serving it up. That delicious secret ingredients made from cows, known as “Butter” is used liberally in the mash potatoes and the potato half's, “see photo” Lets be honest, butter makes everything taste better :-). Angela brought me here for lunch; I ordered the thin crust pepperoni pizza. It was absolutely delicious. All the ingredients had lots of flavor “more the usual”; it must be there top shelf ingredients. I would need to eat two or three pizzas to be really full. Why? LIVE from Morocco, that's how it felt while dining at the new Pasha's. Angela and I were lucky to be a guest of this Moroccan experience. You walk into a huge tent like atmosphere; it really sets the mood for what's to come. They start out by washing your hands tableside “first for me” with rose water, which was fun. For appetizers I had the Tuna tartar, the Pasha sampler and the Chicken satays. For my entrée I had the Prawn Tagine, it was super delicious. The shrimp were cooked to perfection, juicy & flavorful; they tasted so fresh like they were caught in the morning. While dinner was being served we got treated to some live entertainment & belly dancing. I'm smiling as I write this, “there is no such thing as too much belly dancing” I love it. Many of the guests were celebrating birthday's, which added to the entertainment. Pasha's is a place to try if you enjoy entertainment and exotic cuisine. In the California & 6th sushi triangle, I experienced this traditional flare 30 year old sushi spot, that puts out a high quality Japanese meal, I had the lunch special #5, Beef Teriyaki "micro portion" but good, Tempura "one shrimp" good, Saba, a light fish that is cooked, some white stuff not sure what it was but it was tasty, the star's of my Bento box were the sashimi, it was fresh, delicate and flavorful, which leads me to believe that this place is more about the fish. Service was prompt and friendly, there were speaking Japanese, which adds to the experience. The interior was clean and well organized. I'll definitely be back to try more. Our lunch for two was $23.

So much yummy food, Angela and I were hungry for lunch, I was going to BBQ some rib eye steaks, but she wanted sushi. On our first visit, I tried two bento box lunch specials “I was hungry”, the “Chicken Teriyaki & Sashimi” and “Beef Teriyaki & Shrimp Tempura”, both were yummy. The stand out was the beef teriyaki, I talked with the chef they use a marinated Hager steak; it was surprisingly exceptional, definitly in my top 3 for beef teriyaki. I'm going to have to build a feature for the site to point out these unique food anomalies. My lunch also came with fried wontons, which are something new for me, and the salad lettuce was chopped in a delicate pleasing way with a delicious dressing. I have a fond childhood memories for these iceberg lettuce salads with their sweet dressing. As the other reviews point out, it's a small family run place and the service is friendly and prompt. Angela and I were delighted to be the guest of Zazil, when you first walk into Zazil, you instantly see something is different because you're figuratively underwater, there are fish on the wall with water reflection accents. I totally agree with “xscientist” when he say's “This is upscale Mexican done right” I tried so much food; I'll talk about what I ordered. Carne Asada steak taco's w/grilled green onions were fantastic, next I had the mango salad “Mixed green Salad” with organic flower petals and a delicious housemaid dressing that jazzed up grilled shrimp and scallops, my entrée was the Filet Mignon in Chipotle cream, the steak was exquisitely prepared, I just wish there was more of it. Zazil, is by far the most exotic upscale Mexican cuisine I have ever had, chef Rocio Gomez told us they use ancient recipes handed down in her family and import exotic ingredients from Mexico. Angela and I were invited to try the Piacere, what I really enjoy about this family run restaurant is the attention to quality, they serve only grass feed meats and organically grown produce. I thoroughly enjoyed the Ribeye Steak, Pizza, Ahi Tuna, Caser salad and Coconut cream burlay dessert. Ohh.... That Ribeye, it had this Smokey flavor, I asked chef Hugene how he smoked the steak, and told me it was a rub that he created by smoking tomatoes and other herbs. I think the big takeaway for me, is that everything had expanded flavors; it really was a positively unique dining experience, if you're on the peninsula Piacere is definitly worth checking out. Listening to disco music as we ate lunch on our first visit, I had the Bento box with salmon and Tempura, oh my god it was so much food “see photos”, the Salmon was tasty and the salad dressing was extra delicious. A small area for improvement with the tempura, it seemed just a bit overcooked. The walls are adorned with all the past Ai Sushi partiers, who look like they're having the time of their life; the photos really liven up the room. Upstairs is a Karaoke room, which seems like a totally fun idea, drinking sake with friends doing karaoke in a private room to minimize your singing prowess :-). Totally delicious sushi, I had the D13, dinner combination Steak Teriyaki, Tempura and Sashimi, it was totally blown away by the quality of the sushi. I think the funky interior brought my expectations down, then the sushi is brought out, it taste fantastic and up goes my impression. All parties at our table were totally satisfied, and this looks like another fantastic sushi spot to ad to my list. A few areas for improvement. When I go out for sushi, I want the Japanese transportation experience. I love all the unique Japanese music and general traditional Japanese art that might adorn the walls, lately I'm seeing a mix of other nationalities entering the mix at ethnic cuisine locations, notice the porcelain waving cat on the bar photo, I think that's a Chinese figurine. Anyhow a few traditional enhancements might add to the experience. This place is ready for a larger location its time to scale up so more people can enjoy. Make a reservation, this place is busy.

Outstanding local sushi spot, Angela and I are trying Bento box's so we stopped in. The Sushi is some of the highest quality I have seen & tasted “JIN” the owner were telling us how he fly's in the sushi from Japan, some of it is super rare. My Bento box dinner was great, only a small area for improvement. The tempura could have been a bit crisper. It seemed like it need thirty more seconds to be fully cooked. I just love small family run restaurants, Angie and I were on our 10:00 AM walk, and by the time we rolled around Sanmi, it was 11:30 so we had the Bento box lunch with 3 options. 10.50. see the photos. It was really delicious. Seriously: its good. I was most impressed with the tempura it was light and crisp, they gave us some raw radish to put in with the Tempura, that was new to me. Angie commented on the delicious dressing on the salad and I’ll agree with her, its Tasty :-) I also enjoyed the fresh onions in the miso soup. This is my go to spot west of Presidio Blvd on Geary Blvd.

On my first visit to little Tokyo I learned that they have only been open a month; this newrly renovated Sushi spot was nice. I had a Bento box for lunch three choices with miso soup and salad only 10. The quality and service were good. I'll make this my number two or three spot here on geary. Definlty worth going to if the other sushi spots are overcrowded.

I stopped in for lunch today, during the tail end of my morning walk, I had two lunch special's “I can eat allot” I had the Shrimp & vegetable tempura and I also had the sushi combo. Overall the quality was good, my tempura batter could have been a bit lighter, it seemed to hold the oil more then others, over all good, I'll be going back. They deliver the Richmond area, so'll be ordering takeout.

On my first visit to Zazie, I could see why so many people like this restaurant. Its got that old San Francisco Charm, the ceilings are about 20 feet high and you feel right at home. I had a scrumptious Hamburger the quality of the beef was easy to recognize, with avocado and white cheddar. I also had a quick bite of Angela's Salmon and it was delicious “see photos below”. I have a few areas for improvement on the burger, I think it just me, but I don't care much for the halved potatoes, I would like the option of French fry's the bun was good, however way too think, to really enjoy the burger to it's full potential, each bit was 50% bun 50% burger, so maybe a bun that's more lightweight. If your Cole valley stop by Zazie, this place is a find, sure to please.

Chocolaaaaaaaaaaaaaattttt I love it....My friend Bibby from PartiesThatCook.com took me here, and she was correct in saying they're fantastic. I had a chocolate mocha, something, something. Sorry I did not catch the name but it was totally fantastic. I can see why they are addictive; I think this could knock Starbucks out of business if they ever decide to roll out nationwide.

Gaspare's is a San Francisco legends know for his authentic Italian food and thin crust pizza. On my first visit to the new location for the group I ordered a double pepperoni, sausage and mushroom pizza & garlic bread, in my humble opinion this is the best thin curst I know of. For myself I got the steak with Italian herbs, it was fantastic, just look at the photos below, it was tender, juicy and full of flavor. For desert we tried the cannoli and then we tried robin's cheesecake, both were fantastic. I'm over the top in love with gaspare's thincrust pizza and the steak I had was super delicious. If you're in Marin give it a try and watch my interview with Gaspare.

Fresh and tasty Chinese food and like the other reviews say, its not greasy. I ordered the pot stickers and the shrimp with pine nuts and snow pea's. It was all super Taaaaaaaaassssssttttttyyyyyyyyy. Those pot sticker, while Angela and here parents were eating all the other dishes they passed on the pot stickers, I had three left over so I got to take them home, about 11pm I heated them up and they were even better, the ingredients were some of the highest quality in memory. Friendly service and moderate prices, I would definitely repeat when I'm in the area. Small areas for improvement. The chop sticks are made of metal, and they don't work so well, I asked for some take out wood types and they had no idea what I was talking about, eventually the translation when through. Lots of beautiful hand blown glass thought this restaurant make it something to see.

I enjoyed a fun evening of friends and food. Chef Kirk started us off with the bisects w/honey butter “dry yes, yummy YES”, next was the sushi mango roll “I loved it”, next was the soup, it was spicy and many of the other guest did care for it, however it worked for me and I cleaned my bowl :-), I choose the slow roasted pork & noodles, the pork was tender and flavorful. THE STAR of the evening for me were the Ceviche Tacos “see photo below” I could have eaten four plates of them. There are a few areas for improvement. The overall harmony of food seemed to be disconnected, maybe its my fault, we have them listed as “Asian Californian Fusion” the bisects and the slow roasted pork don't seem to fit the cuisine we have listed, but maybe kirk is trying to mix It up. To take my Ceviche Tacos to 11 some [Wicked hot sauce] as a side would be nice and some sea salt for the table. I can't wait to try, Kirk's new daily specials.

A friend treated us to lunch at Mikaku today, the staff is friendly and service was prompt. I suspect this place is mainly in business for the lunch crowd. The star of my lunch was my roll, it was really delicious, unfortunately I don't know the name of it, but it's the photo at the bottom. I ordered a box lunch deluxe 10.95 (center photo). There are a few areas for improvement. My shrimp tempura was undercooked, the batter was crispy with a gooey center, my miso soup tasted odd, I think it was the water and my Chicken teriyaki, had the normal teriyaki sauce but the skin on it was SUPER crispy, I almost thought they brought me pork. I picked off the crispy skin and it tasted well. The interior is all banged up, It makes me think they don't care or I'm just eating in a SUPER budget place, I think if they did some painting, and made a few improvements to the cuisine preparation, this place could do well.

I noticed more people writing about Giorgio's Pizza, so I figured I would give it a try. On my first visit, I called and spoke with Sandra, she was really nice and took my order for an extra large pizza with Pepperoni, Mushroom & Sausage for take out. Well, I feel guilty, I ate three quarters of the whole pizza watching a movie and it was definitly enjoyable, the crust was thin (my favorite), It was well done (my favorite), the sauce quantity was just right, there were plenty of toppings (see photo below). I only have two area's for improvement on this fantastic pizza, the Mushrooms, were all chopped up into little bits, I like the slice's, not bits and the sausage chunks were small, I like larger chunks of sausage like on the other photo below with bell peppers. Overall this pizza place makes my personal top five list, I was impressed with the quality ingredients, preparation and friendly staff, I can't wait to go back. Extra large pizza 3 toppings $24.

NOTE: I'm (DIM) when it comes to Dim Sum. Angela and I wondered in here on our morning walk, the place seemed clean enough. The nice friendly staff promptly greeted us; the room has what appears to be the menu written on the walls, since it's written in characters (Chinese I guess). I enjoyed the dim sum with the shrimp on the inside, and the pot stickers were ok, the shape of them were square, and I'm use to the (Taco shape) or the (roll of penny's) shape, anyhow they tasted good. I like that they have the Dim Sum order sheets that you tick off what you want, provided you know what all those name's mean. Overall I'm just neutral, I wasn't overly impressed on any front. On a positive note, I think this place caters mainly to an all-Chinese audience, which is good right?

Ok, its not thin crust pizza like I normally love, but it's really close to it. All in all they do a bang-up job, which make their pizza an easy recommend. I think their secret is the cheese, because it has all that delicious cheese oil when you pick up a slice your hand get's oily ;-) I just love that, and it taste so goooooooooooooooooodd. The sausage was delicious, tender and flavorful. They are always jammed pack and they DO NOT offer delivers so call ahead to order and self-pickup.

Its ok pizza, especially if you like thick crust. We have tried it three times now. Area for improvement. More toppings and cheese or reduce the thickness of the crust/bread it is not in proportion to the toppings, its more like 2/3 bread 1/3 toppings, I feel it should be 2/3 toppings and 1/3 crust, with that said, maybe I feel this way because I truly love a thin crust pizza. Which in my topping to crust ratio is 80 toppings and 20 crust, worth trying if you like thicker crust.

It was Halloween night (my birthday and a friends birthday as well) she has been telling me about Boboquivari's for months now. This was the first dry-aged steak ($38) I have ever eaten, and what Boboquivari delivers a truly unique, delicious, and must visit restaurant for any steak lover. I also thoroughly enjoyed the Lobster Soup and the Bermuda Onion Rings. Areas for improvement? My Censor salad was very average (not bad, but not great), it seemed to be lacking garlic. Service was top notch, Free valet parking, (yes you read that correctly FREE valet parking) and a steak that's out of this world. Overall: An experience well worth repeating. We meet a friend for a business lunch and this is his favorite sushi spot downtown, I should also mention that this friend eats sushi five days a week, so he knows his local restaurants. This place was packed for lunch, both upstairs and down. I started off with an order of sashimi “blue plate in the photos below” it was delicious, a small area for improvement would be the salmon, although it was very fresh and flavorful, it was not as tender as I'm use too. Next I tried the shrimp tempura, the batter was light and tasty. Miso soup was good. Finished off with the standard iceberg lettuce with traditional Thousand Island style / Japanese style dressing. Service was friendly and prompt. Lunch for three $42. Over all: Great value, fresh food and friendly service.

A Moroccan Vacation without the travel. Imagine my situation, its my girlfriends birthday “sfmiss” and she wants to go someplace special. Every guy faces this restaurant birthday dilemma. She suggested we try Aziza. I have to say it was amzazing; we thoroughly enjoyed the five-course offering, which left me stuffed and delighted. Service was top notch from beginning to end, our waiter max really made the evening memorable. The Themed interior added the finishing touches to this special evening. It was my first visit to an orthodox restaurant. I went with 11 friends and only one had eaten orthodox before, which made ordering a bit harder. We started with some appetizers, one of which was the humus and meat, which is served with a hot chili paste, or as most people would call hot salsa (WARNING) it packs allot of heat, keep your water glass full :-). I ended up mixing a bunch of the salsa with the humus and put it on Beef Shishlik, (beef skewer) which is what I ordered as my entrée. The Shishlik was tender, flavorful and filling. Quite frankly the flavoring in beef Shishlik was fantastic, just thinking about it now makes wish I had leftovers. Overall a fun experience and would repeat especially for the beef Shishlik and the chili paste. Areas for improvement: My French fry's were sum what cold, and the cold beer supply ran out. Cost per person was $25. Easy parking across the street.

Proof that good things come in small packages. This was my first visit to canteen; I enjoyed a Delicious pork tenderloin sandwich “see photo”. What caught me off guard was how soft the bread was, I was expecting a tooth rattling hard roll bread, instead it was lightweight, toasted and had a butter type spread. I also had the sweet corn soup with chili paste. I mistook the chili paste for a tomato and got a chili paste surprise :-) short wait, friendly service, stylish interior and reasonable prices, make this an easy spot to recommend, I'll return for dinner next time.

This Chinese restaurant which is located deep in the mission pleasantly surprised me. We started off with some sweet and sour soup, fried wontons and then some pot stickers all very yummy :-). Next we tried the lemon fish, it was very sweet and enjoyable however the beading on the fish could be reduced. The star of the lunch was the minced chicken lettuce cups, they were just perfect. There seems to be a lack of Chinese restaurants in the mission and I'm sure this place will help fill the void well. Over all a nice unpretentious Chinese restaurant, with friendly service and reasonable prices. Worth checking out if you're in the neighborhood.

Spectacular Sushi ALERT! :-) Ok, I'm excited. Just opened and close to my home, its just the type of restaurant I can make my default Sushi spot, in a word “fantastic”. See the photos. We started off with a very delicate and tasty Sea Pineapple, If you love oysters your probably love the Sea Pineapple. I ordered the shrimps tempura, which was serve perfectly prepared in a quantity of five. Next I ordered the Beef teriyaki, but then something pleasantly happened, our waitress Jenny suggested I try the Beef Yakiniku, and she was right, it's very delicious. Then I had some well-prepared Sashimi mungro :-) with some perfect miso soup. This family run restaurant is sure to be the new Geary Blvd sushi hot spot, and the hidden bonus of this location are the 30+ parking spots located behind the Wells Fargo across the street, which makes getting here super easy. Conclusion: top quality cuisine, great friendly service and a full menu make this a must visit for sushi lovers.

Pleasantly surprised, I don't know much about Peruvian food, except its origin :-) as this was my first time trying it, I have to say, I'll be back. I ended up choosing the grilled rib-eye steak & Prawns; its Peruvian name is “Mar Y Tierra” the seasoning on the shrimp was fantastic. At first I thought Holly shoot! this is spicy hot, this might hurt! …. But my inner voice was saying “calm down”, it's a false alarm, false alarm - - no need to grab the water. , Its just really good spice's you've never had before. Friendly prompt service and very reasonable prices revealed why this place had so many positive reviews. I'm sure this will be a local gem if it's not already.

Good dim sum, and best of all they serve it all day. Ok, let me just say, I'm not the dim sum expert, I have had dim sum five times now, and from my other experiences this was on par with the other restaurants. Pricing was on the high side, but the restaurant excels above the other, in that it's not a hole in the wall, definitly a place to take your friends from out of town, who would normally be scared off by the appearances of some of the Chinese restaurants around town :-) area for improvement, service was slow and they didn't have any ice tea, they said they were out of it, which is shocking to me, but I guess it can happen. I was excited to hear that lunch was coming from Blondie's pizza. Imagine the scene, I'm in a business meeting, were getting ready to break for lunch and we can smell the pizza that's waiting in the adjacent room. I'm starting to salivate because of delicious pizza smells. The doors open, forget the plates, I'm going for the pepperoni. It looked fantastic, smelled fantastic, but wasn't. I think it comes down to the cheese; my pizza was more like 90% crust 9% cheese & 1% sauce & pepperoni. All in all that did not stop me from eating four huge slices. Area for improvement: More cheese, my suggestion would be to double the amount normally used. I'll have to give them a try again, all these other people can't be wrong; it must have been an off day.

This was my first visit and I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised. I started off with the Miso soup with the s**take mushrooms and asparagus, it was good, next I ordered a plate of Tacos with the sweet potato fries, the fries were almost too sweet for my liking, but I have to remind my self to be open to new cuisine. The tacos were also good; I do feel like something was missing, the ingredients were top notch however something was not there, maybe some sea salt? Humm… I'll have to go back and keep trying the different taco's, I like lots of “HEAT” and the selection of hot sauce could be improved. Maybe they should consider adding a spicy fresh salsa, in addition to the sweet thick salsa they now have. Overall: Fresh food, full seafood menu and friendly service. Worth repeating. We were entertaining some friends from out of town, and they wanted some authentic Chinese food, instead of driving to china town, we decided to try the Mayflower in the outer Richmond. This was my first visit; I started off with some shrimp Dim Sum, very yummy. They give you a sheet of paper so you can select which Dim Sum you want. They come 3 or 4 to a basket. This is important to know, because I wanted two of them. Not two baskets but two individual pieces, and when I ordered they said it was one per order, when the orders arrived there were four in each. Luckily I was hungry and ate them all :-). Next I ordered the shrimp and broccoli, the shrimp were fresh “fish tanks in lobby” and flavorful. All the other dishes were very tasty. Friendly prompt service in a nice casual environment makes the Mayflower an easy recommendation. We'll definitly be back. The Dim Sum is fantastic.

When you walk into La Bergerie you'll notice the décor, is circa 1968, don't let that fool ya, tasty food awaits your summons. I started off with some delicious escargot, served with generous amounts of garlic and butter making them easy to love. Next I ordered the lobster dinner, which comes with soup “spit pea”, salad “hand tossed butter leaf lettuce”, coffee & desert, now this is hard to believe, it only cost 21.95 the lobster was not that little “fun size” verity, this was a good 2” by 4.5” “Twinkie size served with green beans, sliced potatoes in a creamy buttery sauce, it was all very tasty “see photos”. Where they lack in a modern interior they make up in traditional taste. Great value, prompt & courteous service, which makes La Bergerie an easy place to recommend, I can't wait to go back.

My perception of gourmet Chinese food has been irrevocably expanded, thus the search to find anything that comes close to Shanghai 1930's preparation, presentation and polish will be a pleasurable yet challenging pursuit.
I love to cook. I love dining out. I just love tasty food. When I'm trying something new, I mentally dissect the food as I eat it. Prior to eating at Shanghai 1930, my most memorable Chinese food experiences were limited to two locations here in the city. One such location the owner's of Shanghai 1930 started and thus revealed why I was so taken with this incredible dining experience. I like the high design of Lure. I started with the Hokkaido Scallops, with wasabi tobikon, cucumber and seaweed pickle, I also sampled the big eye tuna with custom Serrano Chile vinaigrette. Then something arrived, Humm… what is this? Wow! Just look at it, my “Confetti Salad” it taste as incredible as it looks, alone this is worth a visit. My Florida white shrimp entrée had a delicious curry based stew/sauce called Sunchoke, what was unique is its [spice/heat] index, at first it's mild and after some time, the flavors were starting to unlock and the heat index keep rising. I love hot food; our entrées were joined with fresh peas & shoots and a side dish of frites. Conclusion: artfully prepared cutting edge cuisine, friendly service & easy parking.

I actually had my friend pick out my main course because I felt so lost in the expansive soon to be recognized as a delicious menu. Most Thai food is a mystery to me, I can only comment on what I can recall from the menu, I had the Pla Prawns salad, with grilled prawns, onion, mint leaves, lettuce with a lime dressing. I really enjoyed it and would recommend it people who love shrimp's or salad, I ordered it extra spicy :-) Normally I would not order a salad as the main dish, but I have to say it was enjoyable and it reminds me that I should bread out of my “food comfort zones” more often. I also tried skewered chick strips with a peanut sauce, and the coconut milk soup with chunks of mushroom were also good. I had an iced coffee, and got a pleasant surprise of coconut milk in it. Service was friendly and prompt.

I have eaten at this location six times, one of my favorites is the Baja Burrito, I add sour cream and as always the nuclear hot sauce, WARNING, the nuclear sauce is the hottest sauce I have ever found. This is a very simple restaurant with no frills. It seems to be the breakfast spot for many Police Officers, so they must be doing something right :-). I have had the burger and fry's about five times and it's very constant and basic. I give it a positive for the constancy, however I think they can improve on the burgers with either larger patties or making the patty's by hand with the use of some sea salt would make a huge improvement. Service is friendly and the place is clean. Burger and fry's about $8.

I had already eaten, so I tried a few of my favorite test items. Test items are a way to compare restaurant against restaurant, it's only a measurement of food. I had a SUPER delicious and Ohhh so Flavorful Miso soup; it had an creamy-ness to its viscosity, I think this is due to extra tofu partials in the broth; there were lots of green onion and tofu chunks, I could have eaten five bowls of this :-) . Next I ordered two pieces of sashimi, but then the people next to us had received theirs and the pieces of sashimi were so HUGE, that I just had to up my order to five slices. The sashimi quality was probably a 7 out of 10 “see photo below”; it was not like butter, but close. All in all the place was jammed packed on a rainy Sunday night, and guessing by the buzz, this place make a lot of people happy. This is my number two stop on clement street for sushi and number one for Miso.

I'm a pizza connoisseur, well maybe that's going too far, but I do love pizza, it's one of my menu testing items. When I try a restaurants for the first time, I look for a few items to compare against my memory palette and pizza is at the top on the list. I ordered the #7 its four Sausages & mushrooms, which was very tasty and filling. The crust is neither thin nor thick, it's just right, the toping were fresh and plentiful "see photo below". We were introduced to this Viva from a friend who is a long time patron to this 21-year-old family owned restaurant. Service was friendly and prompt. It was about 4:00PM and I was on my way to give a speech and walked by Dojima-an, the photos of the sushi in the window got me thinking about some miso soup, so I saw they had a lunch special until 5:00PM and figured I would give them a try. I had a tasty grilled salmon “lunch special“ with miso and salad including tip $9.50, what a deal. I think they cater more to business travelers. Area for improvement, the service was a bit slow, restrooms were clean but cluttered with cleaning supplies and tools, it’s an easy fix to make a good impression. I’ll agree with mapleafgirl, you can do better and you can do worse.

I'm starting to enjoy Thai food more and more. The soup "not sure real name" with the coconut milk tastes really good, you will see it in the photo, it’s the white bowl. I love spicy food and the Thai stuff can be wicked hot, so a word of caution, what is scorching hot in a Mexican restaurant is mild in a Thai place. The ate at Little Thai on Christmas day "not much was open" and its a favorite of sfmiss, so I had the steak "see photo" it was tender and flavorful. Conclusion: Friendly service and an overall a good value. Dinner for four was under $50.

Big menu & views. Like the other reviews say, this place has a charm / atmosphere that keeps the eye busy, I was trying to guess when it was designed, my guess? “1968” there's lots of wood Formica, if this place was renovated to its original glory, it could almost qualify for high design, with that said it's still holding up after 30+ years that's sure to make any designer feel good. OK, on to the food, well I'm not an expert on chinese food, but the the food and service were both good and worth going back again. I really enjoyed the pot stickers and the won-ton soup, the duck press "see photos its the red stuff" I didn't care much for it, but I did not order it :-) Next time I'll go at night to enjoy the city views. Cost: About $25 per person.

I enjoyed the beef curry with coconut rice, being new to Burmese cuisine I had no idea what to order, so I stayed safe with the beef. I did venture into some of the other dishes at the table, they were all tasty. The service was friendly and prompt, and most importantly attitude FREE :-). They even have a Buda alter which pleasantly ads to the atmosphere “see the photos below” Cost: dinner for three was only $45+tip

This restaurant has tremendous potential: The clean simple design is inviting. The artistically adventurous cuisine is down right delicious. Range has a few areas for improvement. I would like to see larger portions, notice the photos below, the rib's have about 3oz of meat, I would need three entrees to be full, the chicken was good, but I could have eaten two. Consider expanding the menu to include a steak dish and consider adding a mix green salad, for us less adventurous types. Conclusion: Bring the palette, but leave the appetite. Range is worth experiencing, going back for seconds? That's up to you. Cost: 1 c***tail, 2 cokes, 4 entrees, 2 appetizers $110 + tip.

A friend of mine introduced me to the place; he has been going here for 25 years. The restaurant is very clean and actually has some style, now don't go thinking they spent big money, it's style from 25 years ago, it has a Polynesian flavor to it. Food was tasty, we tried this 9-course meal, needless to say, we left very full. Some people make this there number 2 option when the superstar up the street is full. Conclusion: tasty food, friendly service, clean atmosphere and high value for your money.

Try the “KOBE STEAK” it has a totally delicious veal stock reduction made with white wine and green peppercorn’s, the sauce was a new experience, the steak comes with French fry’s, which were surprisingly flavorful, crisp and light. As an appetizer I had the Escargots baked in a traditional garlic-butter & parsley, the sauce is delicious all by itself :-), this place was at full capacity, so make a reservation, we sat in the back of the room and for a fall evening, it was hotter then expected, overall a very plestent experience.

I enjoyed the meatloaf with mash potatoes, I was expecting hungry-man style "something with a basic red sauce" and got a very tasty gourmet meatloaf, they even put some real butter on it :-), service was good “our party had 18 people” Only one area for improvement if its possible, the design of the building has an entrance at one end and the kitchen at the other, with the front door and back doors open it creates a draft and brings in the cigarette smoke from the front.

Art imitating food, food imitating Art? No deep thought required for the de Young café; it's your average Museums café, run by a firm who specialized in restaurant solutions. I know they can do better. Unfortunately after a 20-minute wait in line, my chicken arrived half warm, sfmiss sent back her dish, it was room temp/cold. As I started to enjoy my cold chicken [should have been warm] what I didn't expect was a [got milk] moment, the chick breast was so dryyyyyyyyyyy, HELP --- I need water.... I mentioned it, to a staff member wearing a black shirt and they took care of it. Being a huge fan of [Legion of honor] I suspect that the café is just going through startup issues, because they use the same management company. Conclusion: well rounded menu sure to please most, fair value, and best of all, you don't have to pay admission, to eat at the café. I'll be back to re-evaluate soon. PS, the art collection is world class

Clement street has a new chic Thai restaurant, the food, presentation and service were refreshing, I started off with the appetizer called Som-Tum Salad, it has green papaya, carrot, greeen bean, tomato peanut, garlic, chili peper, mint with prawn fresh lemon dressing, definitly full of flavor, I especially like the chili peppers and the crunchiness of it all. Then I had a chicken stir fried with onion, chili, green bell peppers and fresh Thai basil sauce. Our server was friendly and the place was super clean :-) see photos.

Best parking in San Francisco, seriously :-) room for about 1000 cars, I enjoyed a delicious home made chili with cheese and sour cream. One area for improvement is the Mac and Cheese, I could tell the cheese was high quality, however something was missing, I think they use more water then milk to make the cheese sauce, and it felt a bit watered down. Overall: A nice lunch experience, great parking and a friendly staff.

Restrooms need attention. Obviously, you can see by my photos what everybody is talking about. I had the pre fix menu, and choose the grilled hearts of romaine, it’s was weird in a good way, I have never had [grilled Lettuce] before, it was tasty with lots of flavor but I think I’ll try something less exotic next time. Next I had the much talked about mini burger, it was good, and a thinner bun would have made it outstanding. My sorbet desert was superb, nobody seems to talk about sorbet’s that taste like frozen concentrate, I love it when they do. The lemon sorbet had lots of zing!!!!!!!!! The fresh waffle cones were yummy and I saved them for last. Conclusion: High design, exotic food and good value overall.

How exciting this was, The food and entertainment were a pleasant surprise, for starters I had a delicious sired Ahi tuna, half way through it occurred to ask for some wasabi and boy that really pumped up the flavor experience, then I had a well prepared filet mignon [see photos below] it was yummy and the dipping sauce was good also, see those long white things? They’re mushrooms also tasty, so far the food is a 9-10, this place can stand alone on its food, but wait there’s more, the entertainment, the gender illusionist are really something to see, if I had not been told, I would not have known. The whole restaurant was a-buzzz with fun and enjoyment. Very friendly service, they seem to do the every employee will help style of service, we all felt really taken care of, no wonder this place was jam PACKED on a SUNDAY night! My first visit and just look at all my photos, the food is delicious, I especially liked the Duck Breast, the Crisp Shaved Potatoes Flash Fried with Herbs & Vinegar and the Fresh Sautéed Scallops, which were tender and Juicy, just looking at the food makes me want more, I want to comment on the pizza, it caught me off guard because the dough was not crisp, more bread like, the cheese is a Basque cheese which is deliciously strong in flavor, Area for improvement is to consider cooking the pizza until the crust is crisp [low moisture]. Conclusion: A fun/safe place to take friends, the menu is sure to please everybody's palate, Ultra clean, with lots of attention to detail, like the little wrappers on the napkins that say iluna Basque, price about 25-30 per/person, friendly informative service, make a reservation they get busy.

My perception of tasty food just got expanded. La Provence has imported the La Provence style of cooking to San Francisco, the chief just arrived two-day’s ago from France, you can’t get more authentic then that. Milk is limited in the Provence region of France; so the dishes are a bit different from the normally creamy type of French Cuisine American,s are use to. I started off with the shrimp appetizer “Crevettes Provencal’s“ sautéed shrimp with olive oil. I could have eaten five plates of them :-), next I had the Roasted Rabbit with a reduction of Noilly Prat, jus and honey, and the rabbit w/its reduction was a real treat, To finish off the meal I enjoyed a slice of the in-house lemon meringue pie, this alone is worth going back for. Bathroom=ultra clean, neighborhood is on the edge of Neo-Valley and the Mission, the surrounding were clean. I found street parking across the street at 7pm on a Saterday. Cost about $25-30 per person. See our photos below :-) closed monday

1st time visit - - I had some great clam chowder, it tasted very fresh with big chucks of clam :-) yummy, then I had the FISH and chips, I did not care for them, for the most part they were just bland, so it was time for some salt, unfortunately they use common table salt, this is where winners and losers are separated, just like the Olympics winners can be decided by a 1/10 of a second or in their case, (table salt vs sea salt) sea salt melts on quickly thus un-locking the sought after flavors of my flavor challenged fish. My “CHIPS” French fry’s were double dipped, “over cooked, hard and full of oil” so they brought me a fresh batch, which brings me to the service, the service matches the fantastic views, conclusion, the food was average, great views & service, I’ll put it on my safe for tourists friends list.

I don’t like cigarette
smoke. My last three visits to this restaurant I have witness smoking at the
bar. I
was here with friends and asked the bartender if he would ask his patrons to
quite smoking inside the restaurant,
I was told if I did not like it, To go to a different restaurant, so
we did, all eight of us got up and went to the pied piper bar at the palace
hotel. With that said, I have eaten here a few times, the food is enjoyable
bar food, and the décor is full of antique motorcycles and guns, worth a
visit if you enjoy antiques of this nature. Conclusion, Cigarette
smoking indoor is unacceptable, if your not bothered by Cigarette smoking,
check out the interior, I think it’s very unique and is always a point of
conversation.

I was blown away by the, what I call “ART food”. It’s really impressive especially at the affordable prices. I’m a big meat eater and one of my test entrées is steak, often I’m disappointed but not at Tangerine, I would have to say, this is the best New York steak I have had this year. It was served with sautéed mushrooms and a delicious mashed yams that has a very sweet almost berry taste to them. Super yummy. One area for improvement is the Caesar salad, my large crouton was somewhat stale and I would prefer more Parmesan cheese and maybe it’s just me, but I like anchovies on the side. Over all a solid positive rating, incredible value for your money, I will definitely go back. Service is Excellent.

I walked buy buffalo Burgers the other day and saw the crowd, and figured I would go and give them a try. Well, I just ate it and yummy, I’m so full. I ordered togo :-) They make a good burger, I spoke with the cook, and he said they used fresh ground beef, “buffalo burgers are also avaliable” and they press their own beef patties, you should see the size of them, on there open flame grill, when my burger was done, it was about six inch wide, thats a HUGE burger. I ordered fry’s, which were also HUGE, I personaly love the smaller French fry, but these were good, one thing with huge fry’s is they stay hot longer. If you want a huge hot burger, it’s worth giving them a try. Burger and fry’s $5.95 I think that’s a great deal.

Located inside the Hotel Carlton, is an oasis for the taste buds. First I’ll say I chose the prefixed option where you can have an entrée with two items soup or salad and a small plate for $27, I had the ten crust pizza, the crust was more like a delicious pastry, I would have to say, it was not like a pizza in an American sense, but rather a pastry with yummy toping I added the shrimp which were crisp in texture and full of flavor, then I had the baby spinach salad with roasted pear, walnuts and gorgonzola cheese, with a delicious blueberry vinaigrette drizzled on top, as an entrée, I had the New York steak with a unique sauce called zatar, it had lots of zing in it :-). Good food and a nice atmosphere, however at night it gets to nosier for my liking. Typical pricing for the area. I think this is a better lunch spot, then dinner, if you live in the area, this is the hub of the bar area, across the street is the filmore matrix "chic & pricy" then east side west and city tavern all within 100 feet of each other.

I was in a party of 12, the food was tasty, especially the lamb kabobs, service can be greatly improved, I think our waiter was either having a bad day, or new, To me Good service is where they anticipate your needs and serve them.
Conclusion: Tasty food, micro portions, service has tremendous room for improvement, cost for two $106 including one c***tail & diet coke with mandatory 18% gratuity, I left feeling Hungry and disappointed. After speaking to the owner (Hatem) about our service, I felt the owner was truly interested in our dining experience, his genuine sense of empathy kept this review from declining further.

This is a place to eat and watch, you get allot of the creative type in the south of market area. I had a burger that tasted flame broiled but it wasn't, it was grilled, with their own special spice that made it taste yummy. I opted for a ceasor salad, which tasted good; the curtons were a neutral :-) Excellent espresso.

Typical Chinese food, not overly salty, I guess my real complaint was the price, we just drove over and for two takeouts it was 20 bucks, no rice, drinks or soup, still it was 20 dollars. I guess the prices are geared more for sit-down, On a positive note, the restaurant looks nice, clean and they have dancing and Karaoke

At first my girlfriend suggested Chinese food and I was not into the idea, all that over salty, everything looks different but taste the same routine again. Then she ordered over the phone and in a few minutes later, she arrived back and the food was delicious, it was an unexpected bouquet of flavor. I was very surprised how yummy and fresh it was, especially not having rice because of my low carb diet. Area for improvement? the cashews in one of my dish’s was soggy. I’ll be back for more :-)

Clean minimalistic restaurant, that specializes in deep dish pizza, myself being on the low carb diet, had the mozzarella & tomato and I also had chicken wings with fire sauce. Our friends had the pizza and it looked abousultly delicious, the service was great. POST-Diet update, this was my first pizza in 60 days and what a treat it was, I was most impressed with the crust, which is super tasty, it must be the butter :-) The ingredient's are fresh and crisp. I can't wait to re-heat.

I don’t agree with the other negative reviews, I have eaten here and the food was yummy, it is also the home to American Zoetrope since 1972, which is run by Francis Ford coppola, one of my personal hero’s, but that aside the food is good and yes they might be trying to promote wine and other products but sitting outside eating authentic Italian cuisine is fun, if you do go, visit the stare well at the back of the building an you’ll see some really cool photos of gang.

Fantastic atmosphere Located inside Hotel Monaco, the setting is very romantic & elegant, it’s my spot for Valentines Day 2005. After Valentines day UPDATE: wow, the new chief Mr. Roux perpaired an incrediable pan Roasted Duck Breast in a braised salsify with smoked wild mushroom sauce, there was even a hint of chocolate with it, I had the Sauteed Sturgeon with root vegies, it was out of this world, and as an appitiser I had the dungeness crab salad with marinated scallop I also really love the Grilled Hanger Steak with Roasted Shallots & French Fries.
