We ordered the regular San Tung chinese dishes:
(1) Dry fried chicken wings: A little sweet, but texture was great, crispy with ultra hot glaze. Could be a little more spicy, nothing that hot sauce and vinegar couldn't help at the table.
(2) Dumpling (pork+chives): Good, skin was thick but not too thick, good stuffing to skin ratio, no msg (at least not detectable) and good simple, natural flavor.
(3) Sea Cucumbers: Very good. Some msg, but the way the did it made the cucumber not leak water.
(4) Zha Zhang Mein: Very good, again, a little sweet, but great seafood and sauce was not ultra thick, which i like. The noodles were really good cuz they were supposedly hand pulled in-house. Chewy, thin, and uneven-- perfect.
