For reasons which I rather not explain, I've eaten here every other week for 4 months, so I was surprised to learn that so many diners became ill from the food. I have a sensitive stomach so I usually know right away. The staff have been very gracious and personable, very quick to remove our dirty plates. Not as many selections as Todai, but the food is less expensive and seems to be a notch above in quality and taste. The roast duck is almost similar to Peking duck - very crispy. I especially enjoy their various soups (like home cooked), chicken wings, oxtails, sticky rice, fresh fruit, and cooked cold shrimp. I usually top it off with their instant cappuccino.

I usually eat lunch here so I don't deal with all the crowds that others complain about. I've eaten here many times and the food is consistant and good. It is true, you gotta try the sangrias which are good and POTENT! I think that their fried calamari is the best that I've eaten so far.

I've been eating here for many more years than I'd like to admit but when me or my guests feel like prime rib - THIS is the spot! I take friends and family here for special occasions - reservations are prompt and the staff have been consistently friendly. Once in awhile, the meat is not quite as tender but I'm still a loyal customer.

I almost always avoid restaurants with lines but I knew from previous visits that the line moves fairly quickly at Sears. We were served quickly after being seated and coffee refills for this caffeine addict was expeditiously attended to. Food overall is good but I can't think of anything that stands out. I just count on anything that I order not to be disappointing. My guest enjoyed her swedish pancakes, so I was happy.

This is THE place for eggs benedict! Add a mimosa and dine on the sidewalk on a nice warm day creates the perfect beginning for a great day! Root beer float is not on the menu but rounds out a great meal at very reasonable prices.

For me, the BEST all around seafood restaurant that I've tried so far. All the staff have been very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and I think I've had the majority of them serve me. I can't stop ordering the crab legs which are dungeness - just the legs WITHOUT the shells!!!! I sure hate to be the one to shell all those legs and I can't help but wonder how many crabs went into this dish. I had it sauteed in addition to special ordering it dore style and also deep fried like prawns. The crab has always been fresh and never overcooked. $38 a pop but with no hesitation, well worth the money as long as the food is consistent, fresh, and properly prepared. Hey, side note: if you like Spumoni ice cream - their's is the best.

I usually avoid what appears to be "touristy" restaurants but I'm glad my friend introduced me to this fine restaurant. I ordered veal scallopine and we split a pizza made to order (mushroom, sausage + pepperoni) so we were able to taste a few dishes. We were glad we did because it was all good! I already have my favorite pizza places and I wouldn't have thought of ordering pizza here but I have to say that their pizza is at the top of my list. I discovered that they deliver and they also have a discount coupon online - all the better to attempt home delivery when I'm feeling lazy. Hey, dinner was so good that I took 2 more friends to Viva the following week! They agreed! The waitress was very friendly and she remembered me - that made me feel even more special.

I just can't stop eating here!!! Been goin' almost every week for filet of sole and it's been consistently excellent. Moist and fresh! Their dinners are the BEST value for the money - I don't think it can be beat anywhere. Soup, salad, bread, entree, dessert and coffee for around $10!! AND none of the courses are mediocre - it's ALL good. Hamburger steak, half a chicken - GOOD stuff!

I found this place by searching online for crab sandwiches and all the reviews were positive. I ate there last night and the Toasties crab melt sandwich lived up to my expectations. It had the perfect combination of ingredients and then some. An unexpected surprise was their homemade clam chowder soup - delicious! Wished they served french fries but maybe in the future.
