Great spot for eating outside on a sunny day. Hard to get seats but always worth a try. Go for the Cuban or the grilled cheese, both are MMMMM!

I ADORE Pacific Catch! A fabulous, healthy option for an inexpensive dinner. I highly recommend shrimp tacos and the fish and chips, but the absolute best thing on the menu is the Tuna Poke Wasabi Bowl - delish!!!!!!!! Worth the wait, but best option is to call in an order to go.

Good option on Union Street for brunch. Good omelette, good club sandwich, usually no wait. Nice patio area, best seating option.

Great Chinese delivery. The corn soup, the hot and sour soup, the chicken with basil, the peking duck, the tofu and eggplant - we haven't had a bad option yet!

Definitely orgasmic when you're drunk. Sober, not as special. Delivery, not a good idea. Definitely pick up fresh at the counter.

This place totally creeps me out. We sat outside one day for lunch, and the food was alright, but when we went inside to use the restroom, the buffet looked totally scary and the bathroom was even scarier. Go to Mediteranee instead.

Our favorite Italian restaurant in the city. The eggplant milanese is the best eggplant I've ever had. Lasagna is great, as is the ceasar and bruschetta. Cozy environment. Great family-run feel.

Great place to take Mom for lunch - very "ladies who lunch" feel...definitely pricey but fun for people watching, excellent lobster bisque and great to have a glass of wine and relax in the middle of a long shopping day.

Go for the Hemingway martinis - vodka, grapefruit juice, a champagne floater and a sugar rim - and the oysters, during happy hour, great pricing and great place to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine! Don't bother getting dinner here, there are better spots in the 'hood, and don't try to come on a weekend evening, it's too packed beyond belief.

The fresh mozarella is absolutely out of this world, the best I've ever had. Flown in daily from Italy. Definitely the best thing there. Otherwise great wine, and yummy pizza. Madhouse with a long wait though!

I have been here three times, once for a fantastic date - one that got very expensive once we started drinking Cosmos, once just for drinks - and they do them well here!, and once for drinks and sushi sitting outside. This is what I most recommend. Staring out at palm trees and the lit Bay Bridge, eating excellent rainbow rolls, is really what San Francisco is all about. Bon Apetit!

Houston's is the best for lunch. Try the Flying Chicken Platter, not on the menu, or the Club Salad (so not healthy but SOOOO yummy), or if you're really hungry, go for the French Dip. :) Can't go wrong - this place hits the spot!
