Daily Grill fayre is reliable, if uninspiring. The pasta dishes are generous and tasty (for the first 20 mouthfulls), and the garlic chicken has been good on several occassions. The wine list is not great, and a little over-priced for what they offer. However, nothing we've tried there has been bad.

Overall, I have to concur with the other reviewers. Tasty Curry is just that - and worth walking the extra 2 minutes from the dire Naan and Curry. All dishes are well cooked, the meat tender and the spices well chosen. Some of the chicken dishes sort of merge into one, which is a bit of a shame. However, the dahl is great and the take-out food tastes just as good - and it's pretty cheap. A great place to eat if you've been out on the lash all evening.

Feeling homesick for a decent curry, we finally decided to try Naan and Curry in the Inner Sunset. The smell outside the restaurant is very enticing - however, as soon as you start eating, you realise that none of the food they cook there actually smells that good. Nor does it remotely taste of anything remotely resembling curry. Chicken Tikka Massala (good English dish!!) was no more than chicken in tomato sauce with mushrooms - and that was the best thing that we ordered. No spicing worth mentioning was found in any dish - all in all a thoroughly wasted meal. Home cooked is so much better (and cheaper).

Went here recently during a whistle-stop trip from London. Food was absolutely superb: Beet Salad, Tuna Tatar (stunning), Ahi Tuna Poivre (unbelievably stunning), and a bottle of Chateau de Nages. The staff were great, we sat outside (a shame, perhaps, but the evening was really balmy and the views of downtown were magical). Will definitely re-visit at a later date.
