The food in this place is delicious. I like to start with a pair of baby quails, or tofu squares stuffed with shrimp and deep fried. For someone with a sweet tooth the duck with litchis will please. Some of my favorite dishes are sole in garlic sauce, steamed giant clam in the shell, Regal chicken, salt and pepper octopus, salt and pepper pork loin, beef with tender greens, lobster Superior sauce with noodles, shrimp and glass noodle claypot... For dessert, deep fried mantou with egg yolk is superb, hot off the fryer and not oily. At lunch time there are dishes under $5; the crispy noodles with barbecue pork can be shared by two and is incredibly good. They serve dim sum every day, and it is one of the best in the city. The steamed chive dumplings, scallop and crab dumplings, shrimp dumplings, are without par. The barbecue pork buns are the best I have had. The host is Mr. Dan Hong, and he works there Tuesdays to Sundays. He is a genial man who will help people navigate the menu.
