Oh yes, just another overpriced Mexican restaurant, it’s all hype. If you want the good stuff you might as well venture out in the Mission.

The only thing that I can think of in going to this place is if, I have relatives or friends that never been into a Hard Rock before. The food is traditional American and taste pretty good. The prices may vary but it's still a good place to eat dinner or lunch. It's a tourist hot spot, where you see all types of Rock & Roll collections from different types of musicians from vintage Harley Davidsons motorcycles to vintage clocks from the 1950's. Can we smell tourist attraction?

The great In & Out burger joint where the food is cheap and taste! The burgers are like Whitecastle belly bombs of grease with grilled onions. The thin well-salted fries are nice and the traditional flavors of milkshakes are awesome! This place is in a prime tourist spot so it can get really crowded and at times. On the weekends it feels like your back in "high school" of who's who and I'm to cool profilers.

North Beach Pizza is widely known here as a local hot spot and yet their pizzas are very recommendable. I've ordered out from other North Beach Pizza facilities but I think the one on Grant is the best of out of all of them.

I haven't eaten there but I have ordered a couple of times there. I think they have some kinda problem on how they cook pizza. Every time I received a pizza from them it's either over cooked, heavily burnt on the bottom or extremely oily as if they just dumped it in oil before they delivered it.

This restaurant use to be a hole in the wall until they expanded. This is a really good place to eat. Everything here is freshly made and cut, at times you can see them take up a little corner while they slice and dice all the vegetable. The portions are kinda small, but they tease really good for what you pay. The owner is almost there everyday to greet, serve and even cook for you. Their staff are nice and kind and knows what's really good on the menu if you ask.

I agree this is place is over rated and it's mostly for the tourist attraction. They make some good spicy Chinese food here. It all depends on what you want and knowing what to order. Some of their tea specialties taste really good after a good meal.

The eatery environment is typical Japanese while the service is good too. The sashimi & sushi are good but not the best. The draw back about this place is it's pricy for what you pay and knowing you can fine better places. It's a good place to impress a date for a somewhat traditional Japanese restaurant.

While I was attending school my Indian buddies took me to this place. The food is good and it's cheap too especially the curries & naan, WOW! The only draw back is parking sucks and I don't suggest walking there alone at night.

This is one lethal steak house where the steaks are well prepared and extremely excellent in taste. The environment is like an old country club house with a decor of stain pine or mahogany everywhere. It is so worth to shell out the money to eat here that's if your a meat lover.

Ah, Houston's one of the best places to get a huge good tasting salad. They even have a sashimi salad! Almost everything on the menu is excellent but what you will love is the excellent multiple servers that take care of you. You really don't even need to look around for a waiter cause they are everywhere and especially on busy days.

If you ever listen to Thievery Corp or COSTES this is the hipster lounge place to be. They have a dynamic cozy set environment just for you to drink expensive drinks while eating sushi. The sushi is just OK but if your looking for the good stuff like Johnny Walker Blue, Cordon Blue & Dom Perignon Pink then your at the rite place. Just a little warning you might want to bring your American Express Black along, cause Pink is about $1,000 a bottle depending on year.

This place is a nice sushi house with big bay windows, so everyone can see you if you sit close enough by the window. I'm not much of a sushi or maki roll eater but more of the sashimi side. The Toro, Tobiko, Saba & Suzuki sashimi style is really good and well prepaired. If you sit by the bar and ask for specialty orders they are glad to do it. They make a mean Sashimi Spicy Salad which is really good. The service here is good too they are kind and polite as well as quick too.

I haven't eaten from this place but mostly have gotten deliveries from them. Their Pizza are not that bad at least they are not super greasy. The chicken fettachini is pretty good and they serve you a good size portion of it. They have speedy deliveries and they deliver until 3AM, that's way cool!

Everyone raves about this place and in actual it's just OK. It gets crowded that I half to admit but you might as well go to Sushi Run. Sometimes they don't even have Toro, Natto or even Yamaimo and these are the basic's of a good Japanese resturant. If they had "fish on stick"; the hole fish from head to tail I think people would faint.

The best places to hang out and drink cheap sake and Sapporo & Asahi while hearing some def beats from the live DJ. Just sit at the bar and hand over your credit card and let them take care of you. Atushi will always give you his best opinion of what's good to eat, while Yoshi makes a mean Tobiko. Everything is good here and they even have rare stuff that even expensive sushi house don't serve like, Natto and Yamaimo. It also close at 2am.

This place is exactly like Kitaro they even have the same menu's too. What's so cool about this place is you don't half to wait for long lines or their's hardly a waiting list to be seated. You can go there either day or night and it's not packed. The service is great cause they seem to pay attention to the people that are eating then looking up in the sky. The sushi is cheap and also the sashimi too. It's not the best sushi but for the price you can't complain.

The Volcano roll is awesome to have here. The Tobiko, Saba and Suzuki sashimi style was better then the Toro. The waitresses are nice and the service is pretty good too. Overall, it's a nice little place to take someone out for lunch. This place an get pricy if you order the stuff that are in season and you can shell out $135 for two people.

What I love about this place is it has reasonable prices and they serve you huge portions of sashimi and huge rolls like the Caterpillar, WOW! I felt like I was in the Mission district for awhile of the huge portions they give you. It's not like those expensive sushi houses but if you crave sushi and want to get stuffed, then this is the place to go to. Oh yea love the employees of this place Japanese owner, Mexican chef's & Chinese waitresses, you gotta love that and they are nice too.

If your stuck in the sunset district and feemin for noodles Hotei is a good place to go and feast out. They are not that expensive and light on the wallet. The waitresses are nice and friendly. The enviroment is kinda yuppie so I don't think you can slurp your soup like how Japanese people sip their soups.

This place rocks! To bad this place is on the other side of SF for me cause I would be there almost every weekend. This is another place to go ballistic for inexpensive sushi eateries. I know the service could be better but considering this place has limited space and it's always packed after 6pm, nobody is perfect. I don't suggest bring huge families to this place cause it gets really packed and parking can sometimes be a pain too.

This is a totally great place to feast out on sushi. They taste pretty good too, for the price. They have two locations but the one close to 16th street they except credit cards, FINALY!!!

I don't suggest wearing nice cloths here considering when you finish eating you'll smell like BBQ or Mesquite coals. The food is great and their reputation of awesome BBQ is true. The only draw back is the service really sucks and that if you want to order more food they look at you weird and have the attitude of your finish now get out.

If you’re not such a sushi fanatic then you should try the sashimi side. You might want to try the Toro, Sake & Tobiko sashimi style. With that selection alone you might shell out allot but it is a delightful experience. Toro has a milky oily feel but as soon as it hits your toung it starts melting in your mouth, it's that lethal. I think what can get pricey is all the delisouse drinks they provide there.

This place is a nice place to go to if you like to wait. The prices are typical of a sushi place. But one thing that is really, really (HONTO NE!) good to have is their Kobe Sashimi. It's raw Kobe thinly sliced that is extremely of heavenly tasteful bliss. It's that good and especially as you wait the sushi chief stirs up a special sauce for your Kobe dish.

I've eaten here before, I half to admit that the Kobe beef (medium well) is one of the finest and melt in you mouth beef on the market. I was very shocked and felt like the Bambie Effect when it started melting in my mouth, very impressive. Also, try the Black Tea, it taste very good after a good meal. Yea, this place is a hipster place to hang out but if you are willing to shell out some major fundage just to be seen then....
